参赛资格

A. 参赛者不限年龄, 男女均可, 唯十八岁以下者, 于参赛前需由家长或监护人加签

B. 参赛者不能属于主办机构之任何僱员及其亲属

 

Entry Qualifications

A. There shall be no age limit for the Contestant. The Contestant of the age under 18 must seek Parent's/ Guardian's consent prior to entry.

B. The Contestant is not an employee of the Organizer or their relatives.

同意声明

A. 参赛者必需不受任何合约束缚, 以致不能签署及履行主办机构之合约      

B. 参赛者保证参加表格内所提供有关资料皆属真实及正确。      

C. 参赛者明白及同意主办机构有权随时:     

     i) 拒绝任何申请而无需作出任何解释;     

     ii) 挑选任何参赛者参加决赛;     

     iii) 全权决定参赛者数目及所选唱之歌曲;     

     iv) 废除参赛者之参赛资格而无需作出任何解释;     

     v) 修改或取消总决赛之日期或地点。      

D. 参赛者并同意:     

     i) 对于参赛者之任何损失包括伤亡, 主办机构无需负任何责任;     

     ii) 必需服从主办机构所指定之大会评判团之决定;     

     iii) 必需参与主办机构所安排之各项宣传活动;     

     iv) 主办方对视频和音频录制品拥有制作、编辑、出版和广播的专有权利；     

     v) 遵守一切申请条件及规则;     

     vi) 根据参赛者提供的情况及背景, 主办机构有绝对权决定不坚持及放宽上述任何条件。

Declaration      

A. The Contestant affirms that there are no legal obligations preventing participation in the Contest or compliance with the terms and conditions outlined herein.

B. The Contestant certifies that all information provided in this application is accurate and truthful. Should any information be found to be false, the Organizer retains the right to disqualify the Contestant without any liability.      

C. The Contestant acknowledges and agrees that the Organizer holds the exclusive right to:     

     i) refuse any application without explanation;     

     ii) select any Contestant for entry into the Grand Final;     

     iii) determine the contesting numbers and songs for the Contestant;     

     iv) disqualify any Contestant at any time without explanation;     

     v) amend or cancel the dates and venues of all contests.      

D. The Contestant further agrees:     

     i) that the Organizer is not responsible for any losses incurred by the Contestant, including personal injuries;     

     ii) that the decisions made by the Organizer and the panel of judges are final and binding;

     iii) to participate in all events leading to the Contest Grand Final and to adhere to the governing rules and regulations;     

     iv) that the Organizer has the exclusive right to produce, edit, publish and broadcast the video and audio recordings;     

     v) to comply with the terms and regulations outlined in this application;     

     vi) that the Organizer may waive or modify qualifications as they see fit based on the information provided by the Contestant.

此报名表格分别以中、英两项⽂字拟定。若两版本内容有参差之处, 则以英⽂本为准。

This text is written in both English and Chinese languages. In case of variance or discrepancies between the two versions, the English version shall prevail.
